**Why You Will Be Excited About This Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join ABN Group on a **14-month Parental Leave Contract** as our Display Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering industry-leading Display Homes that showcase our innovative designs and enhance the customer experience. Working closely with senior leaders and a variety of teams including design, construction, marketing, and sales, you will bring new Display Homes to life - from concept to completion.

You'll be integral in driving new display home developments, using your market knowledge, construction expertise, and passion for design to ensure each home aligns with our brand's vision. Your work will inspire potential homeowners and create a lasting impact on the community.

**What You Will Be Working On**
- Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define product specifications, design features, and performance criteria for new Display Homes.
- Lead the coordination of creative ideas from the design and marketing teams to ensure innovative and high-quality Display Homes.
- Manage relationships with external partners such as landscape designers and furniture suppliers to deliver fully integrated displays.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards for the construction of Display Homes, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Regularly visit sites to review progress and ensure construction aligns with design specifications.
- Work with the marketing team to coordinate launch strategies, including events, signage, and promotional media.
- Gather post-launch feedback and make data-driven decisions to improve future Display Homes.

**About You**

You are a driven, detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of residential construction, design innovation, and customer experience. You are a natural collaborator with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. You have a passion for delivering high-quality Display Homes that exceed customer expectations.
