Our Product Development Team is seeking a detail-driven Senior Display Draftsperson to join us in continuing our legacy in delivering exceptional homes to Australia's communities.

Reporting to the Display Drafting Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for drafting new display homes throughout the development and construction process, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards
- Ensure documentation is compliant with building codes and adhere to all relevant permits across multiple States
- Respond to critical customer requirements, ensuring exceptional service and solutions
- Attend site visits to inspect construction of new display homes and provide accurate as-built plans
- Collaborate across departments to deliver inspiring display homes; and
- Maintain a strong knowledge of project workflows and company systems.

The successful candidate will have:
- Experienced Residential Draftsperson with a strong background in residential projects
- Tertiary or TAFE qualification in residential drafting
- Proficiency in Revit software
- Knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian standards
- Strong multitasker who thrives on managing multiple projects and priorities
- Committed to quality with a sharp eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A GREAT ATTITUDE – A positive, can-do mindset is what we value most
