About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Services Lead to join our team at MACA Mining Pty Ltd. This is a pivotal role that will play a key part in several key areas, including data analysis, annual remuneration processes, and supervision of HR Administration and Global Mobility team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement scores, and recruitment efficiency, and integrate them into the HR Monthly report.
  • Prepare and lodge the annual Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) report.
  • Create dashboards and reports using data visualisation tools, such as Power BI.
  • Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the annual salary, wage, and bonus review program.
  • Conduct BOOT testing in line with modern award requirements.
  • Supervise the 2 HR Administrators and Global Mobility Officer and play an active role in the day-to-day and process improvement aspects of their roles.

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in Human Resources or Psychology is preferred. Alternatively, equivalent professional knowledge gained through significant experience working in a similar role is essential.
  • 5+ years previous experience working in a data analytics role, ideally across human resources systems and metrics.
  • Proficient in developing and managing Power BI reports.
  • Experience managing a small, high-performing team is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and change management skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills required, with at least intermediate skills using the remainder of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with SAP Success Factors is beneficial.
