**HR ADMIN /** **Business Support Officer**

**Role Description**:
Reporting to the HR/ Staffing manager, HR Admin/Business support role plays a multi-faceted function in supporting the different business units in executing key organisational processes which include administrative excellence, customer service excellence and facilitating an all-rounded collaborative approach to achieve operational excellence. The BSO focuses 65% on recruitment administration and 35% on general business support. You will be provided a workflow which must be adhered to.

**The Role**:
**Customer Service**
- First point of contact of all incoming phone calls and directing them to relevant personnel after screening nature of phone call and appropriateness to transfer displaying a high standard of customer service and telephone etiquette
- Meet and greet walk-in jobseekers and general enquirers in a prompt and efficient manner ensuring accurate information is relayed.
- Creating a welcoming and warm introduction to Auscare Group displaying courteous and informative customer service to enhance the entire interaction with the business.
- Supporting teams with all matters relevant to the front of house operations and HR administration duties
- Housekeeping and maintaining common spaces of the office are tidy and organized.

**Business Support**
- Manage all stationery stock and office consumables ensuring periodic ordering is completed in collaboration with the HR and Staffing Manager
- Maintain internal office contacts and updating them as and when required to ensure accurate internal communications are maintained

Booking staff to the yearly competency training at Head office and Training centre

**HR Administration**
- Taking photos of all successful interviewees and adding to their files by the EOD.
- Maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides)
- Update internal databases
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates)
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (required)
- Health care Industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
