Stage Design Specialist

A Casual Set Construction Manager is required to lead the creation of stunning stage sets for a Play Production season.
About the RoleThis role involves overseeing the safe and efficient construction of theatrical sets, managing schedules, budgets, and student teams. You will ensure all builds meet design specifications and safety standards while fostering a professional environment that supports high-quality student experiences.

You are an experienced professional with extensive expertise in working with metals and timber, and a strong commitment to workshop safety and best practice protocols. You bring enthusiasm for mentoring students and bridging the gap between education and industry, supported by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We OfferWe offer a casual contract with hourly rate $47.71 per hour. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with other professionals in the field.
