Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at atWork Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering and improving the performance of our Workforce Australia contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of consultants to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and contractual obligations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with regional managers to ensure effective operations and achieve business goals.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements.
- Liaise with local community providers to build relationships and achieve direct registration pathways.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Employment Services industry.
- Proven experience in managing teams and/or multiple sites in an Employment Services business.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Australian Driver's License.
- Ongoing career development and national opportunities.
