About the Role

As a member of the Trade Counter team in Bunbury, you will provide essential support to plumbers and other tradespeople by helping them access the products they need for building and renovation projects. Your tasks will also involve maintaining the branch's operations and ensuring a safe working environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and product information
  • Offer quotes both in person and over the phone
  • Manage pick, pack, and stock control activities
  • Contribute to maintaining a tidy and safe branch environment
  • Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

We're Looking for Someone Who

  • Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers
