Pirtek Bunbury is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join their team as a Mobile Service Technician. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field service and repairs to customers across Bunbury and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hydraulic and industrial equipment.
- Operate machinery and use tools and measuring devices accurately.
- Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in a 24-hour on-call roster and be available for overtime as required.
- Trade or field services experience in Fitting/Mechanical Background and/or Hydraulics.
- Ability to operate machinery, use tools and measuring devices accurately.
- Good numeracy, verbal and written skills.
- A strong work ethic and pride in workmanship.
- Desire to be a team player.
- Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and problem solve.
- An understanding of OHS and Safe Work Practices.
- A current Manual Driver's Licence (and willing to obtain an LR Licence).
- Flexibility with working hours as after-hours availability is a pre-requisite.
