The Department of Education, Western Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Corporate Services to join our team. As a key member of the Leadership team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive oversight of the school's critical components, including financial, physical, and human resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operation of the school, ensuring the efficient functioning of its operations.
  • Direct line management of school support staff, financial and resource management, and human resource coordination.
  • Administer and report on the financial integrity of the school's business operations, including financial planning and budgeting.
  • Develop and implement business and marketing plans, in collaboration with the Principal and the Leadership Team.
  • Provide input into the development, implementation, and monitoring of business and marketing plans.
Requirements
  • Well-established financial management capabilities, with experience in using a range of application packages.
  • Strategic financial leadership, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in human resource management, including the ability to develop and/or apply human resource management practices and systems.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, committed to building quality relationships.
  • Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
