Launch your career in civil construction with our Civil Construction Apprenticeship. This 3-year fixed-term, full-time program offers a Certificate III in Civil Construction (Road Construction and Maintenance) through structured in-person classes at TAFE.
Job DescriptionEarn while you learn by combining paid work with comprehensive training. You'll gain practical skills and hands-on experience to develop in-demand expertise in civil construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop key workplace skills including effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Work towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Requirements:
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident.
- Have completed Year 10 or hold a Record of School Achievement (RoSA) or equivalent.
- Be ready to commence full-time employment.
- Hold, or be in the process of obtaining, a C Class driver licence.
- Have access to reliable transport to travel to the office or depot.
- Be comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, or near live traffic as required.
- Be willing to travel as part of your role.
- Have basic computer literacy skills.
