An established Australian owned Urban Design Consultancy have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Engineer looking to develop their career in Project Management.

This role would suit someone with around 2 years industry experience in NSW in a Civil Design role, who is considering a step out of design to focus their career into Project Management.

My client are Australian owned and are firmly established as market leaders in the urban land development space.

Diverse Projects

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a diverse range of interesting work. My client are currently working on some large, landmark projects in Sydney, ranging from precincts through to industrial, commercial and large subdivision developments.

Training and Development

To be considered for this opportunity you will be a Civil Engineer who is passionate about pursuing a career within Urban Development. My client offer supportive mentoring from across their business, they invest in their employees through ongoing training and development.

To be considered

My client are looking for a Civil Engineer who has graduated within the last 2 years. Exposure in a Civil Design role working on similar projects would be preferred.

Excellent verbal communication is essential, you will be a natural communicator and able to naturally build rapport with a range of stakeholders - working internally with both the Project Management and Design Teams and externally liaising with councils, contractors and builders.

As a Junior Project Manager you will be responsible for compiling tender documents, formalising and documenting contract agreements - excellent written English is essential for this role. You will have excellent time management, be able to work on your own initiative and manage multiple deadlines at one time.
