Manufacturing Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the manufacturing process to deliver high-quality products, focusing on efficiency improvement and productivity enhancement. This role is responsible for building infrastructure and capacity to drive growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Owning the raw material planning process through implementation and sustainment of best practice just-in-time manufacturing (Kanban)
- Reducing waste and non-value adding activities while driving strong growth
- Building infrastructure and capacity to deliver a continuously improving spares production line
