We're looking for a driven individual to join our production team. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Your duties will include following standard operating procedures, carrying out manufacturing tasks safely and efficiently, and participating in regular safety workshops and training sessions.

You will also be required to perform quality control checks, operate equipment such as extruders, and bag and weigh finished goods.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience working in a processing or manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastics industry.

A background in weighing and mixing additives or chemicals would be an advantage, as well as knowledge of quality control and basic QC testing.

You must also have a valid forklift licence and be fluent in English, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

About the Role:

  • Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets.
  • Participate in regular safety workshops and training sessions.
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or production issues.

Requirements:

- 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Knowledge of quality control and basic QC testing.

- Valid forklift licence.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
