Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance and improvement of our management system across the business
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate records, training certificates, and inspection reports
  • Assist with the preparation and review of documentation, including project management plans and operating procedures
  • Organise and facilitate training, maintain the national training matrix, and verify employee competencies
  • Conduct internal audits and support compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and codes of practice
  • Provide on-site support to operational teams across permanent and temporary sites
  • Deliver training in systems such as Skytrust to managers and staff as needed
  • Monitor and update safety noticeboards and communicate relevant information to teams
  • Assist in incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions where required

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Formal qualifications in WHS or currently working towards
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within construction or manufacturing
  • Construction Industry White Card (required)
  • Applied First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, standards, and compliance requirements
  • Confident in coordinating training and maintaining training records and systems
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and electronic systems (e.g., Skytrust)
