NICU Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated NICU Educator to lead our Clinical Support Nurse (CSN) and Grade 4 Educator NICU team.

The successful candidate will have recent and extensive experience in NICU, as well as a postgraduate certificate/diploma/masters in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU).

  • The role involves delivering and supporting an employed postgraduate NICU student program, as well as The Women's Early Career programs in NICU.
  • Key responsibilities include role modeling exceptional clinical care in the NICU, developing and delivering programs that bring mothers and babies together.

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess strong leadership skills and experience in a senior education role at a minimum of Grade 4 level.
