About Clinical Education The Clinical Education Program supports the Women's to achieve its strategic directions by providing frameworks for the professional development of health professionals.
The Program supports the future nursing and midwifery workforce through coordination of pre-registration, graduate, post graduate and professional development programs.
About the role The Clinical Educator – NICU is a senior clinical and professional leadership role that collaborates with key stakeholders to develop, deliver and evaluate a data driven strategy of learning for Neonatal Services.
Key responsibilities will see you : Lead high performance teams.
Work collaboratively to provide expert counsel in developing and maintaining optimal NICU staff skills in alignment with The Women's and service strategic plans.
Take accountability for addressing clinical practices that are not consistent with relevant professional codes, National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS).
Disseminate research findings and educational innovations.
Deliver on Post Graduate NICU and Graduate Programs (NICU).

You'll bring with you : AHPRA registration as a Nurse with post graduate NICU qualifications with current and extensive experience in NICU in a tertiary centre.
Willingness to acquire knowledge and skills that responds to changing operational requirements and enhances ability to perform in the Educator role.
