About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth, build meaningful relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that make a real difference.
The successful candidate will lead our charge in expanding into the compliance sector, connecting with influential decision-makers, and unlocking new business opportunities.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong, value-based relationships with clients
- Utilize our proven sales methodology to guide the full sales cycle
- Collaborate closely with a high-performing team to achieve sales targets
- Lead client meetings, demos, and solution presentations to showcase expertise
- Negotiate deals and craft compelling proposals to secure business
- Contribute innovative ideas and energy to drive momentum within the sales team
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Business, Finance, tech sales or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, ideally in the compliance or legal tech space
- Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles from start to finish
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage C-level stakeholders
- Solid CRM skills, with Salesforce knowledge a significant advantage
