Customer Service Consultant

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing customer concerns. This role involves handling phone interactions with existing customers to ensure they receive the highest quality of service throughout their journey.

Your primary focus will be on customer retention, where your negotiation skills and resilience will be essential. You'll need to proactively address and manage customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes.

In addition to customer retention, you will also be responsible for complaint management. You will support customers experiencing vulnerability by providing sensitive and effective support, ensuring that all customers feel heard and valued.

This role offers an opportunity to refine your communication and problem-solving skills while making a meaningful difference to our customers each day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage customer concerns
