Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Health, Safety & Environment professional to join our team as Manager – Health, Safety & Environment.

This role plays a key part in ensuring our major and minor capital works projects are delivered safely, sustainably, and in full compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Our ideal candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering, WHS, or a related discipline (minimum Diploma level)
  • They should have in-depth knowledge of WHS legislation, including the Work Health and Safety Act 2011, and relevant codes of practice

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Ensure effective communication across all levels of the business
  • Provide a high level of organisation and attention to detail, with a proactive mindset and a strong commitment to continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe and sustainable outcomes for major and minor capital works projects
  • Manage high-risk construction activities, such as confined space, working at heights, plant operation, and hot works
