Financial Services Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our Finance Operations unit, you will be responsible for the administration of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. This role involves interacting with internal and external stakeholders, including employees and third-party suppliers.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely and accurate processing of accounts payable deliverables, with proactive management of aged AP/creditors.
  • Validation of invoices against purchase orders for business approval.
  • Support with purchase order and invoice queries.
  • Issuing tax invoices to clients as per business requests.
  • Assistance with month-end and bank reconciliation queries from Group Finance teams.
  • Identification of opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes where possible.
Your Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Prior experience in an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable function.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using multiple systems and understanding complex information.
  • Adaptability to an ever-changing environment.
