About the Role

This position involves working closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate the team, and ensure customers have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in leading the team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Supporting the hiring, training, and development of new team members
  • Helping manage store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and stock management
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service, addressing issues promptly and professionally
  • Providing input on store performance and areas for improvement

We're looking for someone with strong leadership and organisational skills, a passion for customer service, and knowledge of inventory management and merchandising.

A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities is also essential. If you're passionate about beauty and skincare products, this role could be for you.
