Beauty Team Lead

The successful candidate will be part of our Management team, supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Embodies a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience through showcasing Sephora's DNA.
- Drives a selling culture to exceed performance targets by consistently raising the capability of the team through coaching and development.
- Utilizes data insights to support operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow team members.
- Fosters open communication with the team by providing effective feedback and maintaining consistent dialogue with the Management team.
This role offers opportunities to work across multiple categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness; as well as various store functions such as sales, management, and back-of-house operations. Initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our online platform and field trainers equip employees to help clients discover amazing beauty offerings.
