Beauty Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Beauty Leader to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee daily operations, lead and motivate a team of talented individuals, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in leading the team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Support the hiring, training, and development of new team members.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and stock management.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards.
  • Provide input on store performance and areas for improvement.
  • Step in for the Store Manager as required and ensure the team remains motivated and productive.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • A passion for customer service, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, stocktake processes, and merchandising.
  • A proactive attitude, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays as required.
  • A keen interest in beauty and skincare products.
