Key Responsibilities
- As a Business Advisory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio, providing comprehensive advisory services, and driving improvements for our clients.
- You will advise clients on a range of areas, including asset protection, business performance, business reporting, accounting and taxation management, wealth protection, and general change management.
- You will be responsible for managing workflow management among direct reports, coordinating tax lodgement lists, and providing coaching and mentoring to junior staff members.
- You will play a key role in building and nurturing meaningful relationships with clients, fostering client loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements
- You will be degree-qualified and have completed your CA/CPA qualification.
- You will be familiar with accounting software such as Xero, Now Infinity, Practice Ignition, and Great Soft.
- You will have 4+ years of experience supervising, leading, and mentoring staff in a business advisory environment.
- You will possess a positive and proactive approach to delivering superior support and commercial advice to clients.
- You will have strong numeracy and analytic skills, with the ability to interpret and make sense of data.
- You will have strong time management skills, with the ability to be agile with changing priorities and deadlines.
- You will be able to act with integrity, honesty, and influence both internal and external stakeholders to build relationships.
- You will have superior written and oral communication skills.
- You will be able to work independently, with supervisor and staff, and be able to coach, mentor, and lead staff.
