Chief Information Security Manager

The role involves overseeing the implementation of change strategies across multiple projects, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery of change activities that engage stakeholders and build capability. Key responsibilities include coordinating change delivery, representing Cyber Change Management in forums, mentoring change professionals, and collaborating with teams to align messaging and timing.

About the Role:
  • Lead the implementation and assurance of fit-for-purpose change strategies across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and lead cyber program-level change and communications delivery.
  • Represent Cyber Change Management in project, program, and governance forums.
  • Mentor and support change professionals across the program team.
  • Uplift and embed change frameworks aligned with national standards.
  • Collaborate with Cyber Security, Communications, D&T, and operational teams to align messaging and timing.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in Change Management, with at least 7+ years focused on Cyber Security programs.
  • Professional certification in Change Management and experience applying change frameworks in large organisations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience preparing reports, plans, and briefings for executives.
