Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the preparation of accurate and compliant advice documents, while working collaboratively with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and refining recommendations to meet client goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to conduct detailed financial calculations and ensure all advice aligns with compliance standards.
  • Maintaining detailed records and providing coaching to team members on documentation standards.
  • Managing workload to meet service level agreements and escalating any compliance or process inefficiencies as needed.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.
  • The ability to draft accurate advice documents and perform precise financial calculations.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and articulate advice recommendations clearly.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed records to ensure compliance.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to provide coaching and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
