This is an exciting opportunity to lead cost planning, monitoring and reporting across a portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing financial insights and strategic advice to support decision making and mitigate risk.
About the Role- Lead cost planning, monitoring and reporting across a portfolio.
- Provide financial insights and strategic advice to support decision making, mitigate risk and ensure long-term financial sustainability of projects.
- Report on financial tracking and trends across all projects managed by the team.
- You will be highly proficient in financial systems, forecasting tools, financial modelling and data visualisation relevant to large-scale project cost management.
- With your high-level analytical approach and ability to interpret complex data, you'll be confident in explaining cost drivers and providing strategic advice to stakeholders on emerging trends and risks.
- You'll bring a solid understanding of governance, probity and compliance expectations in regulatory frameworks, and ideally have some exposure to capital works planning.
