Manager, Financial Planning

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Financial Planning with a strong background in finance and accounting. You will be responsible for developing key performance indicators, identifying business opportunities for cost savings, performing detailed scenario analysis, improving business analysis capabilities, providing technical training to your team, leading investigations into business processes, completing monthly management reports, and working closely with the financial accounting team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop key performance indicators to measure business performance
  • Identify business opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains
  • Perform detailed scenario analysis to guide decision making on future strategies
  • Improve and develop business analysis capability using data sets and Power BI reports
  • Provide technical training and knowledge sharing with team members
  • Lead investigations and recommendations to the business and financial accounting teams
  • Complete monthly management reports, including Board, Executive, and Operational management team reporting

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
  • CA or CPA qualifications
  • Experience in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards
  • Previous experience in business partnering or advisory roles within a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication skills
