Casual Educator Role

As a Casual Educator at our centres, you will have the flexibility to choose your hours and work locations.

We are seeking passionate educators who can provide high-quality care and education to children. As a key member of our team, you will support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the centre's education program in collaboration with the room and centre team
  • Engage and supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members by adhering to National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN AND FAMILIES THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND SUPPORT
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement by staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
