Senior Educator Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced educator who wants to make a difference in the lives of children.

As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.

You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that our services are responsive to the diverse needs of children and families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to lifelong learning.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field;
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification;
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;

Additionally, you will need to be a team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
