We're seeking a highly skilled Global Clinical Trial Director to join our team. As a senior member of our Clinical Research department, you will be responsible for leading and managing teams in day-to-day clinical trial activities, including direct communication and interaction with investigative sites and team members across the globe.

The ideal candidate will have a strong therapeutic background and proven experience in clinical research management, with a minimum of 6 years of experience and at least 2 years as a Senior Clinical Trial Leader or Clinical Trial Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing study start-ups in collaboration with the Project Manager, Regulatory Lead, and Global Site Activation Manager.
  • Coordinating and overseeing critical documentation collection, maintenance, and filing.
  • Preparing monitoring plans, providing input to TMF plans, and ensuring all plans are implemented.
  • Contributing to CRF guideline development and edit checks.
  • Customizing site visit report checklists and templates according to study requirements.
  • Developing or modifying templates for monitoring activities based on study needs.
  • Selecting investigators and sites, reviewing SEV reports, and approving site initiation documents.
  • Managing successful trial close-out, identifying critical activities for timely and efficient closure.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of clinical trials and their critical elements for success. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of successfully managing people and project issues, as well as a high level of maturity and ability to remain calm under pressure.
