**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Centre for Heart Rhythm Disorders (CHRD). As a Research Assistant, you will play a vital role in our research projects, working closely with research participants to collect valuable data.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise work and work independently as appropriate, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times. You will also be responsible for supporting the conduct and coordination of clinical research studies, demonstrating knowledge of Clinical Trial processes, research methods, and database entry.

**Requirements**

To be successful, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting the conduct and coordination of clinical research studies;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Clinical Trial processes, research methods, and database entry;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise work and work independently as appropriate, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times;
  • Ability to think clearly and behave in a calm and positive manner even when under pressure;
  • Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $65,000 - $80,000 per annum plus 17% superannuation. You will also receive generous leave entitlements, access to professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive employee assistance program.
