Job Description

This exciting opportunity offers a permanent, part-time position in a dynamic childcare environment. As the Lead Childcare Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs of primary-aged children
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Engage with the school community through attendance at events and assemblies
  • Assist with innovation and creativity in program development and implementation
  • Foster genuine relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A relevant diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards
  • Previous experience in childcare or education is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
