Primary Educator

We are seeking energetic and passionate individuals to join our Before & After School Programs teams at State schools in Minden and Tarampa on a Casual basis.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude. You will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of the children in our programs, supporting and facilitating creative experiences and activities that wholeheartedly engage children, and cultivating a welcoming and nurturing environment.

- Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of the children in our programs.
- Supporting and facilitating creative experiences and activities that wholeheartedly engage children.
- Cultivating a welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Playing and having fun with primary school-aged children.
- Preparing nutritious food for the children and maintaining a clean environment.
- Building a positive rapport with a wide number of customers, including primary-aged children, their parents and guardians, your own teammates, or even the school principal.
This role requires you to hold a current Blue Card, First Aid in an education setting (or willing to obtain), Child Protection certificate (or willing to obtain), and Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification in education-related fields, community services, sport and recreation, youth work, etc.
