**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a full-time customer-focused professional to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
  • Pick and pull timber orders from racks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Restock racks with timber in a timely manner.
  • Implement effective stock rotation strategies to minimize waste.
  • Operate a forklift safely and effectively to store and pack timber.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace environment.
  • Eliminate potential trip hazards from the workplace.
  • Assist with preparing materials for deliveries as needed.

**Requirements:

  • Demonstrate maturity in dealing with customers and other team members.
  • Hold a valid forklift licence; preference will be given to candidates with heavy or medium rigid truck licences.
