About the Role

The Enterprise Information Specialist plays a pivotal role as a team member of our Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence at Datacom. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting solutions end-to-end for our customers. You will troubleshoot technical issues for customers, ensuring a seamless experience. You will be accountable for delivering a first-class experience for consumers of our Intelligent Workplace services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise information architecture solutions.
  • Develop and deploy SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and Power Platform solutions.
  • Migrate content into Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Provide technical leadership for customers' Microsoft 365 environments and solutions.
  • Facilitate customer workshops and presentations, providing thought leadership.
  • Build and deploy solutions within the Microsoft 365 platform.
  • Lead and execute Microsoft 365 migration projects.
  • Facilitate training workshops and develop training materials.
  • Follow best practice methodologies and adhere to recognised ITIL processes.
  • Provide governance and support to customers' Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Support managed services clients, responding to requests and incidents.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an ICT Professional and Managed Services organisation as a Microsoft 365 Consultant or Enterprise Information Specialist.
  • Experience designing, building, and deploying SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience migrating content into Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Experience running workshops.
  • Ability to address complex business problems with M365-based solutions.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise information architecture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing Power Automate workflows and Power Apps.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of core collaboration services in M365; SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Experience developing PowerShell scripts.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience developing custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, C#, and HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with Information management and Information protection (Microsoft Purview).
  • Experience building custom integrations.
  • Experience using AvePoint and Nintex.
