About the Role

Norton Rose Fulbright is a global law firm that provides a full business law service to the world's pre-eminent corporations and financial institutions. We have a growing Investment Funds team in Sydney, and we're seeking a Senior Associate to join us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work across a range of funds formation and transactional work, including cross-border fund offerings and investments.
  • Provide high-quality advice to a broad range of blue-chip global and domestic asset management clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Mentor junior lawyers in the team.
  • Assist with business development and the strategic development of the practice.
Requirements
  • 6+ years PQE with experience within investment funds at a leading firm and/or in-house.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • An interest in working in cross-border matters.
