Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of assigned clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Ensure all activities are completed in line with internal standards and review as required.
  • Manage incoming queries in a timely and accurate manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other business units to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Be accountable for staff performance tracking, new staff onboarding, overtime control, and leave planning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to develop and retain a high-performing team, ensuring cross-training and specific SME training as required.
  • Contribute to process improvements and optimize operational efficiency, participating in projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of financial products and financial markets.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good sense of risk awareness and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional email writing and fluent spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
  • 5+ years of custody experience and/or fund accounting/transfer agency experience.
  • Knowledge of custody-specific trade and cash life cycle processes is preferred.
