As a seasoned professional in the home care industry, you will have the opportunity to lead and coordinate our Home Care Package Program. Your role will involve overseeing the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care by coordinating with senior management and other key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring client outcomes and service effectiveness, ensuring that services are provided efficiently and within budget. They will also contribute to marketing efforts to drive growth in Home Care Packages and identify opportunities for service improvements.

Key aspects of this role include building relationships with government agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations, as well as ensuring compliance with data collection requirements and funding targets. Additionally, the Team Leader will actively manage compliments, complaints, and feedback to foster continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in aged care, home care, or a related field">
  • Sound knowledge of the Home Care and/or Aged Care industry, including the Aged Care Quality Code of Conduct and Aged Care Standards">
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders">
  • Experience in budgeting and fund management related to Home Care Packages">
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment">
