Job Description:This exciting opportunity is focused on driving business growth and development across the Australian Auto market. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in executing strategic plans to expand our presence in this region.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain sustainable client relationships, ensuring optimal customer outcomes are achieved through innovative solutions and exceptional service delivery.
Key responsibilities include supporting the development of the Australia and Singapore Auto Strategy, leading execution of growth initiatives, and monitoring business performance to drive required objectives.
You will also be responsible for delivering new business and organic growth of accounts, negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and distributors, and applying governance and risk management frameworks.
Requirements:
For success in this role, you will require strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Proven experience in business development, account management, or a related field is essential, along with a deep understanding of the Australian Auto market.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are also crucial.
