Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering business process or systems analysis associated with incidents and service requests, projects, and minor enhancements.

As a member of the HAMBS Scrum team, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Triage and action incidents and service requests
  • Analyse and document business/functional processes and requirements using standard analysis methodologies and tools
  • Work with the Product Owner to maintain the product backlog, providing assistance in adding, removing, estimating, and prioritising work
  • Manage the flow of user requirements from the product backlog to planning meetings, providing a joined-up overall view of the solution requirements at a detailed level
  • Help specify acceptance criteria and facilitate the translation of those criteria into test cases with the test team
  • Work with third-party vendors and assist with specifying and managing deliverables covering service requests and incidents
  • Ensure technology solutions align with company IT policies for architecture guidelines, Service Management requirements, security, and information management
