**Job Opportunity for Support Workers**

We are seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities.

Your key responsibilities will include providing practical and emotional support to clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We require our Support Workers to be reliable, committed, and empathetic individuals who are able to build rapport and relationships with clients.

You will need to have a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, as well as experience working with people with disabilities.
