Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst who will also serve as Scrum Master for a small, agile team developing cutting-edge AI solutions.

The ideal candidate has a passion for innovative technology and driving customer transformation. They must be able to communicate with a variety of different audiences and have strong presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring team alignment and delivery cadence
  • Lead business analysis activities including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and process mapping
  • Champion Design Thinking practices to ensure solutions are user-centric and grounded in operational realities
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Engineers, and Architect to translate business needs into actionable technical work
  • Drive continuous improvement in team practices, delivery quality, and stakeholder satisfaction

The successful candidate will have experience as a BA in technology or industrial domains, preferably with exposure to AI or data-driven solutions.

They will possess a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience facilitating small cross-functional teams.

Skilled in Design Thinking, with a track record of applying it to complex problem spaces.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in operational or field environments.

Experience in mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry is a plus.

A minimum of a Permanent Resident Visa to apply is required.
