Job Overview:

As a Treasury Manager, you will oversee the organisation's treasury operations. Your primary focus will be on effective cash flow management, financing arrangements, investment activities, and financial risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adequate liquidity across the group by overseeing daily cash flows.
  • Develop and lead short- and long-term cash flow forecasting and analysis.
  • Negotiate terms for credit facilities with banking partners and manage banking relationships.
  • Monitor compliance with financial covenants and ensure facility utilisation aligns with business needs.
  • Administer corporate credit card programs and electronic banking platforms.

Treasury Operations & Reporting:

  • Establish and maintain treasury policies, controls, and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of treasury-related data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead the month-end and year-end treasury reporting processes.
  • Monitor and manage interest rate, foreign exchange, and other financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Finance and the Executive team.
  • Supervise and mentor any treasury or finance support staff.
  • Partner with external advisors, banks, and auditors as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in treasury or corporate finance, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  • Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle).
