Job Title: Claims Case Manager
Description:
This role involves overseeing claims from start to finish, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage emotionally charged situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
They will also possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to think critically and make decisions in complex or time-sensitive situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims from lodgement to resolution
- Evaluate medical treatment and rehabilitation requirements for injured parties
- Investigate claims and interpret medical documents with a focus on proactive, legally compliant claims management
- Negotiate settlements with legal teams and calculate settlement offers
Requirements:
- Law degree or relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, customer-focused environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
