
Insurance Claims Specialist

We are seeking a Claims Advisor to manage a portfolio of claims from start to finish.
- Managing Claims: Oversee claims from lodgement to resolution while ensuring the best outcomes for all involved.
- Assessing Needs: Evaluate medical treatment and rehabilitation requirements for injured parties.
- Legal Interpretation: Investigate claims and interpret medical documents with a focus on proactive, legally compliant claims management.
- Negotiating Settlements: Collaborate with legal teams, calculate settlement offers, and attend settlement conferences.
We're looking for individuals who are eager to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment:
- Legal Knowledge & Customer Focused: You've studied law or have an interest in applying your legal knowledge to real-world scenarios. Experience in a high-volume, customer-focused environment is a plus.
- Resilient & Empathetic: You are comfortable working with injured parties and handling sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism.
- Communication Skills: You've got strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to manage emotionally charged situations.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: You enjoy making decisions and thrive on finding solutions, even in complex or time-sensitive situations.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with learning new software and systems, as well as managing your own workload.
