Your New Role
  • Manage claims from start to finish, including:
  • Overseeing claims: Ensure the best outcomes for all involved while managing claims from lodgement to resolution.
  • Evaluating needs: Assess medical treatment and rehabilitation requirements for injured parties.
  • Legal interpretation: Investigate claims and interpret medical documents with a focus on proactive, legally compliant claims management.
  • Negotiating settlements: Collaborate with legal teams, calculate settlement offers, and attend settlement conferences.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • We're seeking individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have:
  • Legal knowledge & customer focus: Studied law or applied legal knowledge to real-world scenarios, with experience in high-volume, customer-focused settings.
  • Resilience & empathy: Comfortable working with injured parties and handling sensitive matters with professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills: Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including managing emotionally charged situations.
  • Proactive problem-solving: Enjoy making decisions and finding solutions, even in complex or time-sensitive situations.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable learning new software and systems, as well as managing workload.
