Bolton Clarke, a leading provider of aged care services, has an exciting opportunity for a Care Services Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and caring attitude, as well as previous experience in food preparation and service. You will be responsible for supporting residents with meal choices, individual nutrition, and dining experiences. Your duties will include assisting with meal selection, preparing and setting up dining areas, actively engaging with residents during mealtimes, and maintaining accurate nutrition and diet information.

We are seeking a flexible team member who can work AM and PM shifts. To be successful, you will have demonstrated customer service skills, a willingness to take direction from others, and good time management skills. You must also be able to work well under pressure and have valid working rights in Australia.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Demonstrated customer service skills

  • Previous restaurant and/or commercial kitchen experience (highly regarded)
  • Willingness to take direction from others
  • Reliability and shift flexibility
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
