The Role

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for our Womenswear brand to lead our global marketing strategy and drive business growth. As a key member of our Brand Marketing team, you'll work closely with product teams to develop innovative campaigns that engage customers and elevate the customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing omni-channel customer campaigns that deliver business results
  • Influencing senior leaders and stakeholders to align initiatives with our brand strategy
  • Maintaining high-level commercial negotiation skills to secure partnerships and collaborations
  • Fostering a culture of creativity, innovation and problem-solving within the team
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or communications
  • Extensive experience in a similar marketing manager role, preferably in retail or fashion
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement creative solutions
