Unlock Business Growth as a Marketing Leader

Cotton On Group, a global fashion and lifestyle brand, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive business growth across our Womenswear brand. As a key member of our Brand Marketing team, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to engage customers, elevate their experience, and drive commercial success.

Working closely with the Womenswear product teams, you will leverage your expertise to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive customer loyalty and growth. Your influence will be felt across senior business leaders and key stakeholders, ensuring 'on-brand' initiatives are executed to perfection.

This exciting opportunity requires a qualified Marketing professional with extensive experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion. You must possess exceptional leadership skills, proven analytical problem-solving abilities, and strong budgeting and forecasting skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including a 50% team member discount on all brands (excluding Ceres Life), access to a state-of-the-art Wellness Centre, and flexible working arrangements.
